Daniel R. Giles, BA, MA, CRC, QRP Daniel is one of our more experienced Vocational Evaluators. Daniel started as a graduate student Intern over 4 years ago. He now has the responsibility of training our new Interns and Vocational Evaluators. He works with Mr. England to provide a range of Vocational Services that include Evaluations, Testing, Transferable Skills Analysis, Reemployment Assessments, Reemployment Services, and Labor Market Surveys in both the public and private sector. Daniel Giles obtained his designation as an Individual Qualified Rehabilitation Provider (QRP) from the Florida Department of Education / Division of Vocational Rehabilitation / Bureau of Rehabilitation & Reemployment Services. His designation as a QRP has qualified him to provide Vocational Testimony for Workers Compensation Carriers and Employers. He provides Reemployment Services on a weekly basis to Injured Workers to facilitate their return to work. Daniel Giles has conducted comprehensive Initial Vocational Interviews, Vocational Testing and Forensic Case Evaluations. Mr. Giles has demonstrated skills in completion of Transferable Skills Analysis, Labor Market Survey Research, Vocational Testing and Claim Medical Records Review. He has prepared Medical Abstracts and Medical File Reviews. He has participated in the development of Life Care Plans with our Nurse Consultant and Forensic Evaluator. He has professional skills with critical analysis of depositions, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Medical Reports and litigated case work documentation. Mr. Giles obtained his Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2005. He graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received his Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in 2009. Mr. Giles has experience as a Mental Health Counselor in the addictions field. He was employed for five years as a Substance Abuse Counselor at First Step of Sarasota. Mr. Giles has participated with England & Associates at industry conferences, including the Florida Workers Compensation Institute Workers’ Compensation Conferences on an annual basis from 2007-2011. He is a Professional Member of the Florida Chapter of IARP. He is an active volunteer with the South West District of IARP-Florida. Daniel Giles enjoys his time away from the office pursing his interests as a musician. He often makes trips to Georgia with friends and family hunting deer.
