Bill England

Bill England has continued to work in the Private Sector of Health Care Case Management since 1979. He has been a Licensed Rehabilitation Services Provider in Florida since 1988. He was an in-house consultant, trainer and case manager for 10 years at The Travelers. Prior to that, he worked in California as a Private Sector Rehabilitation consultant for Bill EnglandKemper Insurance, private vendors. In 1982, he established England & Associates in Huntington Beach, California.

Bill England earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of California in 1974. He obtained his Master’s Degree in 1978 at the University of California, Irvine. Since that time he has continued to obtain recognized industry credentials, including: Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). His experience as a Trainer of Case Managers has included in-house carrier programs, national case management conventions and seminars. Recently, he worked for a national software firm providing training to medical case managers in both general health and workers compensation.
