England & Associates was established in 1982. Rehabilitation Case Management Services are provided within the private sector for insured disability systems as well as public systems.

Bill England is the principal consultant and owner of England & Associates. He has practiced as a Disability Case Management Consultant for over 20 years. Current services are provided primarily in Central Florida. England & Associates is based out of St. Petersburg, Florida, and the firm primarily works throughout the state’s central region. In addition to extensive experience as a Case Manager, he has further impacted the industry by training other medical and vocational case managers for carriers, MCOs, HMOs, case management vendors and professional organizations. His involvement with Medical Case Manager Training has required travel across the country. Mr. England has worked within both the general health and workers compensation arena.

Medical Case Management & Vocational Rehabilitation Services are provided on a professional hourly basis. Limited service requests and Initial Evaluations are encouraged. Professional Services Contract quotes are available for Consulting, Case Management Training and Job Analysis Projects.
